For me, with everything that’s going on right now, I have to stick to a routine. I also have to remain positive and as optimistic as I can and I encourage you to do the same. This quarantine will pass and life will get back to our new normal. Everything’s crazy right now, but I for one am looking forward to this summer. So today, in an effort to do something normal, I’m doing another try-on video that’s brought to you by Mizzen & Main. Lightweight Leeward collection.
Mizzen & Main recently launched their new Lightweight Leeward collection which is even better for the warmer months of summer. These items are incredibly lightweight and very comfortable because of the fabrics, and because they have 360 stretch. They’re also super breathable and moisture-wicking so they’ll help keep you cool even when it starts getting hot and humid.
Performance fabrics.
Performance fabrics like this have really come a long way. They use a perfect blend of polyester and spandex which makes everything super lightweight, stretchy, wrinkle resistant and quick drying. This stuff is machine washable and if you hang it to dry, it’s literally dry in no time. The other really cool thing I’ve been noticing is how comfortable the shirts are. There’s no button pulling or gaps happening when you sit down because the stretch allows you to move without pulling.
Alright, watch the video above and let’s take a look at what I selected this time around. First up is a blue check, short-sleeve button down with hidden collar buttons. I can see myself wearing this with jeans, chino’s and even shorts. Speaking of shorts, these just might be the most comfortable pair of shorts I’ve ever worn. I can’t wait until the world gets back to normal so I can wear these out on the golf course. Also, speaking of golf, they have a line of Phil Mickleson golf polo’s, and I snagged this one for the next time I’m able to get out and play.
I also got another one of their incredibly comfortable quarter zip pull overs that I’m wearing all the time. It feels like a comfy sweatshirt, but it looks a heck of a lot better in my opinion. I also got two additional long-sleeve shirts that I can wear pretty much any time, day or evening. Once again, these are very lightweight, stretchy and comfortable.
