Okay, so this one is more like a rant and I just want to sit and chat for a minute about personal style. It’s the end of the year and Christmas is right around the corner. The more videos I make and the more attention that my website is getting, I feel like I want to address something and revisit a blog post that I wrote back in 2015.
Why is fashion and style important, and why do us men need to give a rip about that? I could go on and on about this, but essentially it’s presenting yourself to the world in a way that you want to be interpreted. Do you want the world to see you as a slob? Well fine, dress sloppy, because that’s the first impression people have when they see you. All of your non-verbal communication is how you stand, how you walk, how you sit and the clothes that you wear. People see only what you show them, so they’re forming an opinion about you based on what they see. So why wouldn’t you show them your best? It doesn’t even necessarily have to be your best, it just has to be something that you at least paid attention to.
