What’s going on guys. Today I’m packing for a trip to California. Actually, by the time you see this video, my trip will be almost over. So, what I’d like to do today is show you how I pack for a trip and some of the techniques I use to maximize space and help avoid wrinkles.
So like I mentioned, I’m packing for a 10-day trip and I wanted to make this video to show you guys know how I prepare and pack for a trip like this. I’ve got a couple days of work, and a couple days to myself and the weather should be pretty warm, so let’s go over some of the items I’m bringing.
Alright first, I’m staying in an Air BNB with a washer and dryer so I don’t have to pack a change of clothes for every single day I’m gone. My thought is to bring about 4 days’ worth of clothes and wash a few times. This way, I can take a weekender bag and carry everything on the airplane.
I have a method of how I fold and roll my stuff that I’ll show you in a minute, but first, the bag I’m using is this one from our sponsor MAHI Leather. I’m really loving this thing right now. It feels amazing, it’s super soft and supple, it smells amazing, it’s fully lined inside and it has nice sturdy hardware.
Because of their manufacturing model, with is made to order, it not only reduces comparable retail prices by around 40%, but they’re also able to offer a wider variety of finishes (suede, napa, full grain, corrected grain, raw hide). It also means that customers can personalize bags with their initials making for a great gift idea. They also offer a 30-day money-back replacement guarantee and they regularly inspect their tannery and workshops to ensure impeccable working conditions. Lastly, MAHI donates $1.50 from every sale to FRANK Water which is working to improve sanitation and water quality in India.
Jump up and hit play on the video to see exactly how I fold and roll everything to make everything fit into this weekender bag.
